SFDS Study Club in 2025! The Study Club is an exciting opportunity for both the new and more seasoned practitioner to learn from colleagues and peers in a small, discussion and case-based format.

The Study Club meets six (6) times in 2025. Each meeting provides 2 hours of continuing education credits - 12 total hours of CE. 

Topic: Utilizing Larell One-Step Dentures - Learn how to create affordable dentures in just one appointment!
Allen Wong, DDS, EdD, DABSCD, and Professor Emeritus at University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, will present a live demonstration and share his experience using the breakthrough technology of Larell One-Step Dentures. Dr. Wong will provide an overview of the process, share technique tips, and show you how this method works to provide convenient and affordable care for your patients.

About the Speaker: Dr. Allen Wong is a prominent figure in dentistry, known for his expertise in special care dentistry, hospital dentistry, and minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Wong serves as the Dental Department Head at Kramer Davis Health Center in Nashville, TN. He is professor emeritus University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.  He is active with Special Olympics Special Smiles program as one of the two Global Clinical Advisors, Past President of the American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry (AADMD) and President of Special Care Dentistry Association (SCDA). Past President of the National Caries Management By Risk Assessment (CAMBRA) Coalition. Fellowship:  American Academy of Hospital Dentistry, American College of Dentists, International College of Dentist, Pierre Fauchard Academy, Academy of Dentistry International, Diplomate American Board Special Care Dentistry (Hospital Dentistry). Dr. Wong  has trained dentists in the Larell Denture method for several years.
