By the end of this second hour session on lease renewal strategies, attendees will be able to:
- Identify the key components of a lease renewal that most impact practice profitability.
- Recognize the top five renewal traps that can cost dentists tens of thousands of dollars.
- Apply negotiation strategies that result in lower rent, better terms, and reduced personal exposure.
- Understand how lease structure directly affects practice value and transition opportunities.
Finally, California law provides that employers must pay their staff for their attendance. The first hour of this training (which both supervisory and non-supervisory staff must attend) concludes by 5:00 pm PST in an effort to avoid paying non-supervisory staff at an overtime rate for their attendance.
